Freetown Rush
How far can you get?
Coming soon to the App StoreHow far can you get?
Coming soon to the App StoreEmail hello@freetowntycoon.com and we will get back to you, usually within two working days. Please tell us your device model and iOS version so we can help faster.
Progress, coins and unlocked runners are stored on your device. If you are signed in to iCloud, a copy is also kept in your own iCloud account, so signing in on a new device usually brings it back on its own. Deleting the app while signed out of iCloud, or resetting the device without a backup, removes them. If your progress disappeared without you deleting anything, email us with your device model and roughly when it happened.
First reopen the app while connected to the internet - most purchases complete on their own. If it still has not arrived, email us and include the receipt Apple sent you. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Watching an ad to continue a run is always optional - the game never requires it. Short ads also appear between runs.
Close other apps and restart your device first. If it continues, email us with your device model and iOS version and we will look into it.
The game keeps no account and no server-side profile. Deleting the app removes everything it stored on your device. See the Privacy Policy for what our advertising partner receives and how to limit it.
Freetown Rush is made by SlapLigeApp. If you have any question about this policy or about your data, write to hello@freetowntycoon.com.
The game has no accounts and no login with us. We do not ask for your name, your email or any other personal detail, and we do not build a profile of you. Your progress lives on your device, and - if you are signed in to iCloud - in your own iCloud account, which we cannot see. The only data that goes to anyone else is what our advertising partner needs to show and count ads - and unless you explicitly allow tracking when the game asks, it is not linked to your identity.
Your high score, coins, unlocked runners, upgrades and settings are stored on your device using standard iOS storage. We never receive a copy. Deleting the app deletes them from the device.
If you are signed in to iCloud, the game also keeps a copy of that same progress in your own iCloud account, so it follows you to a new iPhone or iPad. It uses Apple's key-value storage, which is part of your private iCloud space - we have no access to it and no copy of it. It holds only the game values listed above; no name, no email, nothing that identifies you.
It is optional. Turn it off under Settings › your name › iCloud on your device, and the game keeps working from the copy on the device. To remove what is already stored there, delete the app's data under iCloud storage settings, or contact us and we will tell you where to find it.
The game shows ads through Unity LevelPlay (Unity Technologies, which also operates ironSource). To deliver and measure those ads, that SDK collects the following from your device:
| Data | Used for |
|---|---|
| Device identifier (including Apple's advertising identifier, IDFA, if you allow tracking) | Delivering ads and preventing the same ad repeating; personalised ads if tracking is allowed |
| Advertising data | Which ads were shown and whether they finished |
| Coarse location | Country- or region-level, so ads are relevant and legal locally |
| Product interaction | Basic gameplay events, e.g. that a run ended |
| Crash, performance and other diagnostics | Keeping the game stable |
Shortly after the game starts for the first time, iOS shows Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you tap Allow, the advertising SDK may use Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA) to show you personalised ads, which can involve linking ad data across other companies' apps and websites. If you tap Ask App Not to Track, the identifier stays unavailable and you simply see non-personalised ads instead. The game plays exactly the same either way, and nothing in it is locked behind your answer.
In-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details - Apple only tells the app whether a purchase succeeded.
If you are signed in to Game Center, your score can appear on the leaderboards. That is run by Apple under Apple's privacy policy, and it is optional - you can sign out of Game Center in iOS Settings and the game will still work.
The game is rated 9+ and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Tracking only happens if it is explicitly allowed in Apple's tracking prompt, declining costs nothing, and iOS never shows that prompt at all on child accounts - so no cross-app advertising profile is built for children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We keep no personal data ourselves, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete on request. Data handled by Unity LevelPlay is kept according to Unity's own policy and may be processed on servers outside your country, including in the United States, under the safeguards described in that policy.
If you are in the EU or the UK, the GDPR gives you rights of access, correction, deletion and objection. Because we hold no data that identifies you, requests about ad-related data are best directed to Unity using the link above. You are also welcome to contact us and we will help you get to the right place.
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.

HyggeTid is a cosy match-3 game and it is still in development - it is not on the App Store yet. This page will grow into the full support section when it launches.
Email hello@freetowntycoon.com and we will get back to you, usually within two working days. If you are playing an early test build, please mention your device model and iOS version - it helps us a lot.
Progress in early builds is stored on your device. Test builds can be reset between versions, so do not get too attached to a high score just yet.
